Warranty Policy
Our products are covered by up to 18 months of manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that may arise in the product.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or accidents. It also does not cover any damage caused by natural disasters, power surges, or other external factors beyond our control.
For products that show a defect or fault covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace them at our discretion. If we determine that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we may offer a refund or store credit.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the product. It does not cover any accessories or consumable items that may be included with the product. We reserve the right to correct or modify this policy regarding our products.
To return a product due to a defect, the following conditions must be observed:
- The warranty return request must be communicated to the customer service department within the (warranty period), starting from the day following the date of receipt.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging. It is essential that the goods are accompanied by the Invoice/Declaration, the manual, and all accessories.
- The contractual warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, and its duration and terms of use are stated in the Warranty Term that accompanies the product.
- LITY is exempt from the obligation to exchange or repair any product whose defect was caused by misuse, according to the technical report provided to us by Technical Support. Furthermore, LITY is exempt from the obligation to meet exchange or return requests for any product returned without communication to customer service, past the deadline, or missing accompanying items/accessories. Exchanges for products sent for warranty can only be requested once. If the customer is not satisfied with the replacement product, it may be returned, and only a refund of the amount paid will be applicable.
